- Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency
- Information obtained when verifying the information you provide on an application or
other forms, such as from your current or past employers or from other financial
institutions where you conduct financial transactions.
Our commitment to provide you with competitive products and services may require that
we share information about you with our affiliate, Credit Union Acceptance Corporation,
which provides an indirect automobile lending program.
We may also disclose all the information we collect, as described
above, to companies that perform marketing or other services on our
behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint
marketing agreements. To protect our members privacy, we only work with
companies that agree to maintain strong confidentiality protections and
limit the use of information we provide. We do not allow these companies
to sell members information we provide to other third parties.
We may also disclose information about you under other circumstances as permitted or
required by law. These disclosures typically include information to follow your
instructions as you authorize, to conduct the operations of the credit union, or to
protect the security of our financial records.

If we terminate your membership with PrimeWay Federal Credit
Union, we will not share information we have collected about you, except as permitted or
required by law.

PrimeWay is dedicated to the privacy and safety of all our
members, but we place special importance on protecting our younger members. Personal
information is confidential, we do not collect personal information or share it in any
circumstance other than a request for service or a contest entry. In those
